In the black community if someone is petite built is that considered bad?

I just notice that a lot of black people say negative comments about others who are petite like they have no curves etc. but white people see them as having a really great body such as say a bikini model but I think black people would say they were to skinny. So why isn't petite considered a nice trait? Just curious not trying to make anyone mad.
cocoa butter: I agree petite builds can be curvy too that's what I don't really get.

they are probably jealous
